Each review score ranges from 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we sum up all the review scores and divide that total by the number of reviews received. Guests have the option to provide separate scores for important aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, with no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation you booked through our platform, whether you stayed there or simply visited the property. If you need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
We have a team of experts and automated systems dedicated to identifying and removing fake reviews submitted to our platform. Once detected, we promptly delete them and, if necessary, take appropriate action against the responsible parties.
If you notice anything suspicious, please don’t hesitate to report it to our Customer Service team. Our fraud team will thoroughly investigate any reports.
Ideally, we aim to publish every review we receive, both positive and negative. However, there are certain types of content we cannot display or include in reviews, such as politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (e.g., emails, phone numbers, credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, references to violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we may only accept submissions made within 3 months after checking out. Reviews that are 36 months old or belong to accommodations that have undergone a change of ownership may no longer be displayed.
Accommodations have the opportunity to reply to reviews.
When multiple reviews are available, the most recent ones will be presented first, taking into account other factors such as language and whether the review is solely a rating or also contains comments. You can sort and filter reviews by various criteria, including time of year and review score.
Occasionally, we may display external review scores from other reputable travel websites, but we will always indicate when we do so.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards are designed to ensure that the content on DHPL Travels remains relevant and family-friendly, while still allowing for free expression and genuine opinion. They apply regardless of the tone of the comment.

Contributions should pertain to travel. The most helpful contributions are detailed and assist others in making informed decisions. Personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary should be avoided. Promotional content will be removed, and any concerns regarding DHPL Travels’ services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.

Contributions should be suitable for a global audience. Please refrain from using profanity or attempting to mask it through creative spelling in any language. Comments and media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit language, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are not allowed.

All content should be authentic and unique to the guest. Reviews carry the most value when they are original and unbiased. Your contributions should reflect your own experiences. Property partners of DHPL Travels should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Negative reviews aimed at tarnishing the reputation of competitors will not be tolerated.

Respect the privacy of others. DHPL Travels will make every effort to protect personal information such as email addresses, phone numbers, website URLs, social media accounts, and similar details.

The opinions expressed in contributions are those of DHPL Travels’ customers and properties, and not of DHPL Travels itself. DHPL Travels does not assume responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. DHPL Travels acts as a distributor (without any obligation to verify) rather than a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and other criteria to display the most relevant reviews. These criteria include language, reviews with written comments, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available, such as sorting by the type of traveler or by score.
