It’s important to note that subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, with no direct link between them.

If we identify any suspicious activity, we promptly delete the offending content and take appropriate action against those responsible. To ensure that our reviews are relevant and beneficial to you, we have established certain guidelines. We strive to publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, to maintain a respectful and safe environment, we do not display reviews that include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam and fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To further focus on relevance, we only accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, we may stop showing reviews that are more than 36 months old or in cases where an accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.
