Each review score on our platform represents an individual’s experience, ranging from 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we combine all the review scores and divide them by the total number of reviews received. Additionally, guests have the option to provide separate scores in critical areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that the overall score and the subscores are independent of each other.
Authenticity Matters
To ensure the credibility of our platform, we employ both human experts and automated systems to detect fake reviews. Should we discover any fraudulent activity, we promptly remove the reviews and take necessary action against those responsible. We strongly encourage our users to report any suspicious content they come across, so our dedicated fraud team can investigate further.
Our Review Guidelines

To maintain relevance, we only accept reviews submitted within 3 months of the guest’s check-out date. Furthermore, we may cease displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or if the property undergoes a change in ownership. When browsing through multiple reviews, we prioritize displaying the most recent ones. However, other factors such as language, whether it includes comments or is solely a rating, and more also influence the sorting.
