To determine the overall score of an accommodation, we collect individual review scores from our guests. These scores, which range from 1 to 10, are then averaged to calculate the overall rating. Additionally, guests can provide separate subscores in various categories, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It is important to note that there is no direct link between the subscores and the overall score.
Reviewing an Accommodation
We value our guests’ feedback and encourage them to review the accommodations they have booked through our platform. Whether you have stayed at the property or only visited it, your review will help other travelers in making informed decisions. If you need to edit a review you have already submitted, our dedicated Customer Service team is available to assist you.
To safeguard the integrity of our platform, we employ both human and automated systems to detect and eliminate fake reviews. If any suspicious activity or content is identified, we take immediate action, including the removal of the review and appropriate measures against the responsible party. We greatly appreciate our users’ vigilance and encourage them to report any concerning content to our Customer Service team.
We value open and honest feedback, and our goal is to publish all reviews, positive or negative. However, we do have certain guidelines in place to ensure the relevance and appropriateness of the content. Reviews older than 36 months or pertaining to properties that have undergone a change of ownership may no longer be displayed. We prioritize the most recent reviews for visibility, while considering other factors such as language and the presence of detailed comments.

In the spirit of open communication, accommodations have the ability to respond to reviews. This allows them to address any concerns or express gratitude for positive feedback. Additionally, we occasionally display external review scores from well-known travel websites, clearly indicating the source.

These guidelines apply to all comments, regardless of the tone or opinion expressed. Contributions should be travel-related, providing helpful and detailed insights for fellow travelers. Personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary should be avoided, and any concerns related to our services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams. We expect contributions to be suitable for a global audience, refraining from profanity or attempts to bypass language filters. Comments including hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities will not be tolerated. All content should be genuine, original, and unbiased. Our property partners are prohibited from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. Any attempt to manipulate ratings by submitting negative reviews about competitors is strictly against our policies. Lastly, we prioritize the privacy of all individuals and take measures to protect sensitive information.
