If you have received a travel voucher, you can use it towards your future flights with Hawaiian Airlines. To redeem your travel voucher, follow the step-by-step instructions provided below.
How to Redeem Your Travel Voucher
To use your travel voucher, you first need to retrieve your voucher and pin numbers. Visit HawaiianAirlines.com to make your reservation and apply your travel voucher before completing the payment.
To look up and use your travel voucher, follow these steps:
Step 1
Go to TravelVouchers.HawaiianAirlines.com and enter either your guest and flight information from a previous flight or the redemption code from a previously issued E-Travel Credit. If your travel voucher includes a middle name, input it after the first name in the First Name field. The name on the travel voucher and the name entered here must match exactly.
Step 2
Once you have entered the required information, select “Lookup Voucher.” If there is a match, the applicable travel voucher details will be displayed, including the voucher number, pin number, expiration date, and remaining balance.
Please note that for security reasons, your PIN number will be reset to a new unique number after every successful lookup.
Step 3
Visit HawaiianAirlines.com to start making your booking. In the “Review & Pay” section, you will have the option to apply one or multiple travel vouchers towards the cost of your trip.
Please keep in mind the following when applying travel vouchers to your trip:
- You can use up to three travel vouchers per guest, provided they cover the full cost of the trip for the named guest.
- You can also use travel vouchers for other travelers in your reservation, as long as the name on the voucher matches the name of the passenger on the reservation.
- You cannot apply more than nine travel vouchers to a single reservation.
- Travel vouchers can only be applied to flight reservations denominated in USD.
- Travel vouchers can be used towards ticket fares, taxes, and the purchase of Preferred or Extra Comfort seats. However, they cannot be used for trip insurance, car rental, hotels, vacation packages, Premier Club, Miles Maximizer, gift cards, purchase miles, cabin upgrades, and other non-eligible items. Step 4
If your travel voucher does not cover the full cost of your reservation, you will need to provide additional payment information. Once you have added your payment information, click “Complete Purchase” to finalize your reservation.

How to Redeem a Paper Travel Credit (Transportation Voucher) from Airports
If you have a paper travel credit, follow these steps to redeem it:
- Use a credit card to purchase a new, full-price reservation on HawaiianAirlines.com.
- Mail the original paper travel credit, along with the six-letter confirmation code for your new reservation, to the following address:

Registered or certified mail is recommended. - The travel credit value will be refunded to your credit card within three weeks.
Please note that your travel credit must be received at least 48 hours prior to departure for processing. We are not responsible for lost or stolen paper travel credits.
