We calculate this score by adding up all the review scores and dividing it by the total number of reviews received. Our guests have the option to provide separate subscores in essential areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that these subscores are independent of the overall score and there’s no direct link between them.
If you have booked an accommodation through our platform and stayed there, or even if you have visited the property without actually staying, you can share your valuable insights by writing a review. Your feedback matters to us, and we value your opinion. In case you need to make any changes to a review you’ve already submitted, our dedicated Customer Service team is available to assist you.
Detecting Fake Reviews
To ensure the authenticity of our reviews, we have a team of experts supplemented by automated systems that specialize in detecting fake submissions. If we identify any fraudulent reviews, we promptly remove them and take necessary action against the responsible parties. We encourage our guests to report any suspicious activity to our Customer Service team. Our diligent fraud team will thoroughly investigate every report.
At DHPL Travels, we strive to publish a wide range of reviews, including both positive and negative feedback. However, there are certain types of content that we do not display on our platform. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, and any violation of our review guidelines.
Review Relevance and Timeframe
To ensure the relevancy of reviews, we only accept submissions that are within 3 months of the check-out date. Additionally, after 36 months or in the event of a change in ownership, we may stop displaying reviews for a particular accommodation. This helps us maintain the most up-to-date and reliable information for our users.
We value the importance of both guest feedback and the perspective of our accommodation partners. As such, we provide an option for accommodations to respond to reviews. This allows for an open and constructive dialogue between our guests and property owners.
Sorting and Filtering
Our platform displays multiple reviews, with the most recent ones appearing at the top. However, other factors such as language, whether the review contains comments or is just a rating, and more, are also taken into consideration. To help you navigate through the reviews, we offer sorting and filtering options based on the time of year, review score, and more.

These guidelines apply to everyone, regardless of the tone of their comments. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. As a distributor, we do not have an obligation to verify the accuracy of these comments and responses. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of submission and additional criteria aimed at displaying the most relevant reviews. Additional sorting options may be available based on the type of traveler or review score.
