Understanding the Review System
At Handun Villas Talalla, we value honest guest feedback. To accurately gauge our performance, we have implemented a comprehensive review system. Each review score ranges between 1 and 10. Our overall score is calculated by taking the sum of all review scores and dividing it by the total number of reviews received.
Guests have the option to provide separate subscores for essential aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These subscores are independent of the overall score, meaning there is no direct link between them.
Submitting a Review
As a guest, you can review the accommodation you booked through our platform, whether you stayed there or simply visited the property. If you need to edit a review you have already submitted, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.
Tackling Fake Reviews
We take the issue of fake reviews seriously. To ensure the authenticity of our reviews, we employ both people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fraudulent submissions. If we identify any fake reviews, we promptly delete them and take appropriate action against the responsible parties.
If you notice anything suspicious or have concerns about a review, please report it to our Customer Service team. Our dedicated fraud team will thoroughly investigate the matter.
Our Review Policies
While we strive to publish all reviews, both positive and negative, we do have certain criteria in place. To maintain a safe and respectful environment, we refrain from displaying reviews that include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation.
Furthermore, any violation of our review guidelines will result in the review not being published.
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we only accept submissions within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, reviews that are older than 36 months or pertain to properties that have changed ownership may no longer be displayed.

Sorting and Filtering Reviews
When multiple reviews are available, the most recent ones are prioritized. However, other factors such as language and whether the review includes comments or is solely a rating may also influence the sorting process. To further assist you, we provide sorting and filtering options based on the time of year, review score, and more.
In some cases, external review scores from well-known travel websites may be displayed. Rest assured, we always make it clear when this information is provided.
Guidelines and Standards
To maintain the quality of content on our platform, we have established guidelines and standards for reviews. These guidelines aim to ensure that the content remains relevant and family-friendly without restricting expression or strong opinions. They apply regardless of the comment’s tone.
Contributions should be travel-related: The most helpful contributions are detailed and assist others in making informed decisions. Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed, and any issues regarding Booking.com’s services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience: We kindly ask that you avoid using profanity or attempting to mask profanity with creative spelling in any language. Comments and media that involve hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit language, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
All content should be genuine and unique: Reviews hold the most value when they are original and unbiased. We encourage you to share your authentic experiences. For our property partners, it is important not to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Writing negative reviews solely to diminish the rating of a competitor is not tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others: At Booking.com, we prioritize the privacy of all individuals. We make every effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
