At DHPL Travels, we value your feedback and strive to provide you with the best accommodations. To help you make informed decisions, we use a review scoring system. Each review score ranges from 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we aggregate all the review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received.
Moreover, our guests have the option to provide separate subscores for crucial aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. Please note that subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, with no direct link between them. Rest assured, we take all these factors into account to ensure an accurate representation of the accommodation’s quality.
Reviewing Accommodations
At DHPL Travels, we believe in transparency and integrity. You can submit a review for any accommodation you booked through our platform, even if you didn’t stay overnight but visited the property. If you need to make changes to a review you’ve already submitted, simply reach out to our dedicated Customer Service team who will be happy to assist you.
Detecting and Addressing Fake Reviews
We take your trust in our platform seriously. To maintain the highest standards, we employ both human experts and automated systems to detect and eliminate any fake reviews submitted to us. If we identify any fraudulent activities, we promptly delete the reviews and take appropriate action against those responsible.
