Along with the overall score, guests can also rate specific aspects like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These subscores are submitted independently, ensuring an unbiased assessment.

We encourage our customers to share their experiences honestly. Whether you’ve stayed at the accommodation or simply visited the property, you can leave a review if you booked through our platform. And if you ever need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.
To maintain the integrity of our platform, we have dedicated people and automated systems that specialize in detecting and removing fake reviews. If any suspicious activity comes to your attention, please report it to our Customer Service team for a thorough investigation by our fraud team.
Our Review Publishing Policy
We value all our customers’ opinions, both positive and negative. However, there are certain cases where we cannot publish a review. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, and any violation of our review guidelines.
In order to ensure that the reviews stay relevant, we only accept submissions within 3 months of checkout. Additionally, reviews that are 36 months old or belong to properties with a change of ownership may no longer be displayed.

Negative reviews submitted with the intention of damaging a competitor’s reputation will not be tolerated.
