To determine the overall score, we calculate the average of all the review scores we receive. Furthermore, guests have the opportunity to rate specific aspects, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi, independently. These individual subscores are not directly linked to the overall score.

If you have booked accommodation through our platform and have stayed at the property, you can share your review. However, even if you did not stay at the accommodation but visited the property, you are still eligible to submit a review. To maintain the integrity of our review system, we have dedicated teams and automated systems in place to identify any fraudulent reviews. If we discover any fake reviews, we promptly delete them and take appropriate action against those responsible. We encourage our guests to report any suspicious reviews they come across so that our fraud team can thoroughly investigate.
Publishing Guidelines and Review Criteria
Our goal is to publish all reviews, whether positive or negative. However, there are certain criteria that we consider when determining whether to display a review. We do not publish reviews that contain or reference politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, references to violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation. Comments and media that contain hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit language, or any promotion of illegal activities are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique: Reviews hold the most value when they are original and unbiased. Your contributions should reflect your personal experiences and opinions. Accommodation partners of Greenacres Leisure Resort are not allowed to post reviews on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted with the intent of intentionally lowering the rating of a competitor.
Respect the privacy of others: Greenacres Leisure Resort takes great care in safeguarding the privacy of our guests. To protect their personal information, we make every effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
