To calculate the overall score, we add up all the review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received. Guests have the option to provide separate subscores for crucial areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that subscores and overall scores are submitted independently and do not have a direct link between them.
If you have stayed at Green Valley Holiday Resort, you can write a review for the accommodation through our platform. However, even if you did not stay at the property but still had an experience there, you can still leave a review. Should you wish to edit a review you have already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Detection of Fake Reviews
We have a dedicated team of experts and automated systems that specialize in identifying and removing fake reviews from our platform. Should we find any fraudulent reviews, we take immediate action, including deleting the reviews and potentially pursuing further measures against those responsible. Accommodation partners are not allowed to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted with the intention of damaging the reputation of competitors.
- The privacy of individuals should be respected. Booking.com makes an effort to protect personal details such as email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar information.
