Each review score ranges from 1 to 10, and the overall score is derived by averaging the individual review scores received. Our guests also have the option to provide subscores for crucial aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. Notably, these subscores and the overall scores are submitted independently, ensuring an unbiased evaluation.

To maintain the integrity of our platform, we employ a combination of manual and automated systems specifically designed to detect and eliminate fake reviews. If we identify any misleading or fraudulent reviews, we promptly remove them and take appropriate actions against those responsible. We strongly encourage our users to report any suspicious activity to our Customer Service team, allowing our fraud specialists to thoroughly investigate the matter.
Review Guidelines: Ensuring Quality Content
Our goal is to provide a comprehensive range of reviews, embracing both positive and negative feedback. However, we reserve the right to not display reviews that include or allude to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam or fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To ensure relevancy, we generally accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, after 36 months or in the event of a change in ownership, we may discontinue displaying reviews for a particular accommodation.

Our guidelines and standards are designed to maintain the quality and relevance of content on DHPL Travels. We encourage contributors to provide travel-related information that is helpful and informative. Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed, and any concerns regarding DHPL Travels’ services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contribution should be suitable for a global audience. To foster a respectful environment, we kindly request that profanity and creative attempts to circumvent profanity be avoided in any language. Comments or media that contain hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or promotion of illegal activities will not be permitted.

Property partners associated with DHPL Travels are prohibited from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews.
