Each review score ranges from 1 to 10, and to calculate the overall score, we add up all the individual review scores and divide them by the total number of reviews received. Guests have the option to provide separate subscores for crucial aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s worth noting that subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, with no direct correlation between them.
Sharing Your Experience
If you have booked accommodation through our platform and stayed there, or even if you visited the property without actually staying, you can leave a review. Should you ever need to edit a review you have already submitted, our dedicated Customer Service team is here to assist you.
Combatting Fake Reviews
At DHPL Travels, we have a team of specialists and automated systems that are trained to detect and eliminate fake reviews from our platform. If we come across any suspicious reviews, we promptly remove them and take appropriate action against those responsible. We greatly appreciate your help in maintaining the authenticity of our reviews. Our Review Guidelines
We strive to publish all reviews, whether positive or negative, as we value your feedback. However, to ensure a safe and respectful environment, we refrain from displaying reviews that contain or refer to the following:

Authenticity and Uniqueness

Accommodation providers affiliated with DHPL Travels should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives for reviews.
