If you have booked accommodation through our platform and stayed there, you are eligible to review it. Even if you didn’t stay at the property but visited it, you can still share your feedback. Ensuring Authenticity
To maintain the integrity of our review system, we have a dedicated team and automated tools in place to detect and remove any fake reviews. If we come across any suspicious activity, we take immediate action by deleting these reviews and, if necessary, implementing appropriate measures against those responsible. We also encourage our users to report any suspicious content to our Customer Service team for further investigation.
Review Publication Guidelines
We value every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we do have certain criteria in place, and we cannot display reviews that include or reference politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, or impersonation. Timeliness of Reviews
