Understanding our Review System
When guests submit a review, they can rate different elements of their experience, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. Each score ranges from 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we add up all the review scores and divide that total by the number of review scores received. It’s important to note that the subscores and overall scores are independent of each other.
Genuine Reviews and Anti-Fraud Measures
We take the authenticity of our reviews seriously. Our platform is equipped with specialized systems, as well as dedicated personnel, who are trained to identify and remove any fake reviews. If we come across any fraudulent activity, we promptly delete the reviews and take appropriate action against those responsible. We also encourage our valued guests to report any suspicious content they encounter, so our dedicated fraud team can thoroughly investigate the matter.
Review Guidelines and Publication Policy
Our aim is to provide a balanced representation of guest experiences. While we appreciate both positive and negative feedback, certain types of content are not suitable for publication. We refrain from displaying reviews that include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To maintain relevance, we only accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Furthermore, reviews may no longer appear on our platform once they are 36 months old or if there has been a change in ownership of the accommodation.
