Maintaining Trust and Authenticity
To ensure the utmost credibility of our platform, we have dedicated people and automated systems that specialize in detecting and eliminating fake reviews. Any fraudulent activity found on our platform is promptly deleted, and appropriate action is taken against those responsible. Our guests’ trust is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we encourage anyone who comes across suspicious content to report it to our Customer Service team. Our fraud team will thoroughly investigate the matter.
We believe in transparency and strive to publish all reviews we receive, whether they are positive or negative. However, to maintain a respectful and trustworthy environment, there are certain types of content that we cannot display. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, and impersonation. Additionally, any violation of our review guidelines will result in the review not being published.
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we only accept those submitted within three months of the checkout date. Reviews that are older than 36 months or when the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership may no longer be displayed. When multiple reviews are available for a property, the most recent ones will appear at the top, taking into consideration factors such as language and whether the review contains comments or just a rating. We offer sorting and filtering options, allowing you to organize reviews based on the time of year, review score, and more. Additionally, we may show external review scores from reputable travel websites. Rest assured, we always clearly indicate when this is the case.

We kindly ask that profanity and attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling be avoided in any language. Comments and media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

We value genuine and unique reviews from our guests, as these are the most valuable. We encourage you to provide original and unbiased contributions. Property partners associated with DHPL Travels are not permitted to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate any attempts to submit negative reviews with the intent to harm a competitor’s rating.
