Returning with Ease
Returning an item is a breeze with the Go Go Elite Traveler Plus. You have a whole 30 days from the day you receive your purchase to decide if it’s the right fit for you. Just make sure that the item is in its original packaging and meets a few conditions:
- The product should be in brand-new condition, with no signs of wear or tear.
- Don’t forget to include all the original packaging when you return the item.
- To initiate the return process, request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of delivery.
- Once you have your RMA, ship the product back within 14 days.

Shipping and Responsibility
When it comes to return freight, the ball is in your court. Unless there was an error on DHPL Travels’ part, shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. For larger items, it’s recommended to get insurance to protect against any shipping damage.
Make sure to carefully follow the return-shipping instructions provided with your RMA number. Sending the item to the wrong address may result in additional shipping fees. And if you miss a scheduled pickup with the delivery carrier, a fee per missed pickup might be added.
In the event that you need to cancel an order after it has already been shipped, don’t panic. DHPL Travels’ standard return policies apply. You’ll still need to accept the delivery, obtain an RMA number, and ship the item back to the correct address. Keep in mind that refusing delivery will result in return shipping costs being deducted from your credit, along with a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25). Credit Where Credit’s Due
