It’s important to note that the subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, with no direct link between them.
Reviewing an Accommodation
If you have stayed at an accommodation booked through our platform, we encourage you to share your experience by leaving a review. However, even if you didn’t actually stay at the property but visited it, you can still provide feedback. Should you need to edit a review you’ve already submitted, simply contact our Customer Service team, and they will be happy to assist you.
Detecting and Handling Fake Reviews
Ensuring the authenticity of reviews is of utmost importance to us. We have dedicated teams, as well as automated systems, that specialize in detecting and monitoring fake reviews. If any suspicious activity is identified, we take immediate action by removing the fraudulent content and, if necessary, applying appropriate measures against those responsible. We do not permit comments or media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities. Genuine and unbiased content is highly valued, and we appreciate contributions that are unique and original. Accommodation partners are not allowed to post on behalf of guests or incentivize reviews. Finally, we strongly emphasize respecting the privacy of others, and any personal details shared in reviews will be appropriately obscured.
