When it comes to reviewing accommodations, guests have the opportunity to provide their feedback on various aspects, including location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. Each review score ranges from 1 to 10. To calculate the overall score, we aggregate all the review scores and divide the total by the number of reviews received. It’s important to note that the subscores and overall scores are independent of each other and there is no direct link between them.
Reviewing an Accommodation
If you have booked and stayed at an accommodation through our platform, you can review it. Even if you have physically visited the property but didn’t actually stay there, you can still share your experience. Additionally, if you need to make changes to a review you have already submitted, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.
We have a dedicated team and automated systems in place to identify and remove any fake reviews that are submitted to our platform. If we come across any suspicious activity, we take prompt action and investigate the matter thoroughly. We greatly appreciate the vigilance of our users in reporting any questionable content to our Customer Service team.
Our intention is to publish all reviews, positive and negative, as long as they meet our guidelines. However, there are certain types of content that we do not display. This includes politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information such as emails, phone numbers, and credit card details, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, and impersonation. We take these guidelines seriously to ensure the relevance and integrity of our reviews.
To maintain relevance, we generally accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. However, we may stop displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or if the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.
Accommodation Responses and Sorting
Accommodations have the opportunity to respond to reviews they receive. We prioritize the most recent reviews, taking into account factors such as language and whether the review includes comments or is simply a rating. You have the ability to sort and filter reviews based on the time of year, review score, and more.

Any promotional content should be avoided, and if you have any concerns regarding DHPL Travels’ services, please direct them to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Global Audience and Language Use
As DHPL Travels caters to a global audience, we kindly ask that you use appropriate language in your contributions. Avoid the use of profanity or attempts to circumvent our language guidelines by using creative spelling. Comments or media that contain hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or promote illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Genuine and Unique Contributions
We highly value original and unbiased reviews that are unique to each individual guest. Your contribution should reflect your personal experience and opinions. Partners of DHPL Travels are not permitted to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate attempts to manipulate ratings by submitting negative reviews for competitors.
At DHPL Travels, we respect the privacy of our users. We make every effort to protect personal information and will attempt to conceal email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details from public view.
In some cases, translations of our content may be provided by Google. We would like to clarify that Google disclaims all warranties related to these translations, including accuracy, reliability, and any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
