At Elliot Nature Resort, we value the feedback of our guests. Each review score we receive is between 1 and 10. To calculate the overall score, we add up all the review scores and divide it by the number of reviews. Guests have the option to provide separate subscores in important areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently. There’s no direct link between them.
Reviewing Accommodations
If you have booked an accommodation through our platform and stayed there, or if you visited the property but didn’t actually stay, you can write a review. If you wish to edit a review you have already submitted, please reach out to our Customer Service team.
Ensuring Authenticity
We have a dedicated team of people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews. If we come across any suspicious activity, we promptly delete the reviews and, if necessary, take appropriate action against those responsible. We encourage anyone who spots something suspicious to report it to our Customer Service team. Our fraud team will thoroughly investigate every report.
Review Guidelines
At Elliot Nature Resort, we strive to publish every review we receive, regardless of its positive or negative nature. However, there are certain types of reviews that we cannot display. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, and impersonation. We take violations of our review guidelines seriously.
To ensure the relevance of reviews, we only accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Additionally, we may stop displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or if the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.

Sorting and Filtering Reviews
When viewing multiple reviews, the most recent ones will appear at the top, taking into account various factors such as language, whether the review contains comments, and more. You also have the flexibility to sort and filter the reviews by time of year, review score, and other criteria.
In some cases, we may include external review scores from well-known travel websites. Rest assured, we will clearly indicate when this information is presented.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
At Elliot Nature Resort, we have guidelines and standards in place to maintain the relevance and family-friendly nature of the content on our platform. These guidelines apply to all comments, regardless of tone.
- Contributions should focus on travel-related topics. The most helpful contributions are detailed and assist others in making better decisions. Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Any issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
- Contributions should be suitable for a global audience. We kindly request that you avoid using profanity or attempting to use creative spelling to bypass profanity filters in any language. Comments or media that contain hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or promote illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- All content should be authentic and unique to each guest. Reviews hold the most value when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should reflect your personal experience. Property partners associated with Booking.com are prohibited from posting on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate attempts to manipulate ratings by submitting negative reviews about competitors.
- Respect the privacy of others. We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users. For this reason, we will make every effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
- The opinions expressed in contributions are solely those of the Booking.com customers and properties. They do not represent the views of Booking.com. Booking.com assumes no responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. We function as a distributor and not a publisher of these comments and responses. Our role is to provide a platform for guests and properties to share their opinions.
- By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews. This includes factors such as language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. You may have access to additional sorting options, such as sorting by type of traveler or score.
