Reviewing Accommodations
When reviewing an accommodation that you booked through our platform, you have the opportunity to rate your experience on a scale of 1 to 10. These individual review scores are later combined to calculate the overall score. Additionally, guests can provide separate subscores for crucial aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s important to note that subscores and overall scores are submitted independently and are not directly linked.
If you have stayed at the property or even visited it without actually staying, you are eligible to leave a review. If you wish to edit a review you have already submitted, simply contact our Customer Service team, and they will be happy to assist you.
Detecting Fake Reviews
At DHPL Travels, we take the authenticity of our reviews seriously. To ensure the credibility of our platform, we have a dedicated team and automated systems in place to detect and remove any fake reviews. If we identify any suspicious activity, we promptly delete the fraudulent reviews and, if necessary, take appropriate action against those responsible. We encourage our users to report any suspicious reviews to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can thoroughly investigate the matter.
Review Guidelines
To maintain a fair and reliable review system, we follow strict guidelines and standards. We aim to publish all reviews, both positive and negative, as long as they adhere to these guidelines. However, we do not display reviews that include or refer to politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam and fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To ensure the relevance and timeliness of reviews, we generally accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Reviews older than 36 months may no longer be displayed unless there has been a change of ownership at the accommodation.
Accommodation Responses and Sorting
Diya Dahara Resort has the opportunity to respond to reviews, allowing for open communication between guests and the property. When multiple reviews are available, the most recent ones will be displayed at the top. However, other factors such as language and whether a review contains comments in addition to ratings may also influence the order. You have the option to sort and filter reviews based on the time of year, review score, and more.

- Contributions should be travel-related and provide detailed information to help others make informed decisions. Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Any issues related to DHPL Travels’ services should be directed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
- Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. We kindly ask that you avoid using profanity or attempting to bypass our content filters through creative spelling. Comments or media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- All content should be genuine and unique to your own experience as a guest. We value original and unbiased reviews. Property partners of DHPL Travels are not allowed to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate attempts to lower a competitor’s rating through negative reviews.
- Respecting the privacy of others is of utmost importance to us. We make every effort to protect personal information by obscuring email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
- The opinions expressed in reviews are those of our guests and properties. They do not necessarily reflect the views of DHPL Travels. We do not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. As a distributor, we do not verify the accuracy of reviews and comments.
