Writing a Review
If you have booked accommodation through our platform and stayed there, you are more than welcome to share your experience. But even if you visited the property without actually staying there, you can still review it. If you ever need to edit a previously submitted review, simply reach out to our Customer Service team, and they’ll be happy to assist you.
Fighting Against Fake Reviews
To maintain the integrity of our platform, we employ both human experts and automated systems to detect and remove any fraudulent reviews. If we identify any fake submissions, we promptly delete them and take appropriate action against those responsible. If you come across any suspicious content, please report it to our Customer Service team, allowing our fraud team to thoroughly investigate the matter.
Our primary goal is to showcase both positive and negative reviews we receive. However, there are certain types of content that we cannot display, including politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information (such as emails, phone numbers, or credit card details), swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, references to violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
We strive to keep the reviews relevant by accepting submissions within 3 months of check-out. Additionally, we may stop displaying reviews that are older than 36 months or when the accommodation undergoes a change of ownership.

Comments and media violating our policy, including hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities, will not be tolerated.

Property partners associated with Booking.com should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews.
