At DHPL Travels, we understand the importance of capturing the essence of each guest’s experience. To provide an accurate overall score, we meticulously analyze each review score. By summing up all the individual scores and dividing the total by the number of reviews received, we derive the final rating. Alongside the overall score, guests can provide separate subscores for vital areas, including location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. It’s noteworthy that the subscores and overall scores are submitted independently, with no direct correlation between them.
Authentic Reviews Only
We value your feedback and strive to ensure that every review is genuine. You have the opportunity to share your thoughts on an accommodation you booked through our platform, even if you didn’t stay there. And if you ever wish to modify a review you’ve already submitted, our Customer Service team is just a message away.
At DHPL Travels, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards, which is why we have dedicated teams and automated systems in place to detect any fake reviews. Should we come across any suspicious content, we promptly remove it and take appropriate action against those responsible. We encourage you to report any questionable reviews to our Customer Service team, so our fraud experts can thoroughly investigate.
Review Guidelines: Encouraging Authenticity
Our goal is to foster an environment where every perspective is valued. While we strive to publish both positive and negative reviews, certain types of content fall outside our publishing guidelines. These may include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, profanity, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To maintain relevance and ensure timely feedback, we generally accept reviews submitted within 3 months of check-out. Additionally, reviews older than 36 months or related to properties with a change in ownership may no longer be displayed.

We believe in fostering a dialogue between guests and accommodations. As such, accommodations have the opportunity to respond to reviews, offering their perspective and addressing any concerns.
When browsing through multiple reviews, rest assured that the most recent ones will be prominently displayed at the top. Factors such as language, the inclusion of comments, or a rating alone may also affect the sorting order. To further enhance your browsing experience, you can conveniently sort and filter reviews by the time of year, review score, and more.
In some cases, we showcase external review scores from reputable travel websites. But worry not, as we clearly indicate when these scores are presented.

To ensure the quality and appropriateness of content on DHPL Travels, we adhere to a set of guidelines and standards. These guidelines foster family-friendly and relevant discussions, without stifling the expression of opinions. They are applicable regardless of the tone of the comment.
- Contributions should be travel-related and offer detailed insights that help fellow travelers make informed decisions. Please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed, and any concerns regarding DHPL Travels’ services should be directed to our dedicated Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
- Contributions should cater to a global audience. We kindly request that you avoid using profanity or attempting to mask it with creative spelling in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit content, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- We value genuine and unique content that represents your personal experience. Reviews are most valuable when they are unbiased and original. If you are a property partner of DHPL Travels, please abstain from posting reviews on behalf of guests or offering incentives in exchange for reviews. Our platform does not tolerate negative reviews submitted with the intention of disparaging competitors.
- Respecting the privacy of others is of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we make every effort to conceal email addresses, phone numbers, website URLs, social media accounts, and similar personal details.
- The opinions expressed within contributions belong to DHPL Travels’ valued customers and properties. They do not reflect the opinion of DHPL Travels. DHPL Travels assumes no responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. As a distributor (with no obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses, DHPL Travels upholds the right to moderate and remove content as deemed necessary.
- By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of submission and additional criteria that prioritize relevant reviews.
