Booking Instructions and Important Information
To secure your reservation at ‘Coral Cove’ Holiday Resort, please follow these instructions:
- Contact the “A” branch of SF HQ (E) and submit your application along with a 50% advance payment at least 4 days before your desired reservation date.
- In case of cancellation, inform Colonel (AQ) or SO I (A) at least 7 days prior to your booking date. A 25% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Reservations can be made for a maximum of 3 days, with the possibility of extension if no one is on the waiting list.
- Accommodation duration is from 11:00 am on the arrival date to 10:00 am on the departure date. The charges are per day.
- Please remember that military discounts will only apply if an army member occupies the room.
- Each room can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
- Using electric kettles inside the rooms is strictly prohibited.
- Please handle all goods, furniture, and equipment with care. Any damages caused due to negligence will be charged separately.
- SFHQ (E) reserves the right to cancel any reservation made by military personnel or civilians for valid reasons. In such cases, notice will be given 5 days prior to the booking date.
- No refunds will be given for early departures. The full amount will be charged regardless of the duration of your stay.
- Priority will be given to those who apply first when allocating the holiday resort.
- Military personnel must be present during room allocation; otherwise, the same charges as civilians will apply.
