The Review Process
When it comes to reviewing accommodations, we believe in transparency and independence. Each review is scored between 1 and 10, covering various aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. These scores are then averaged to calculate the overall rating. It’s important to note that subscores and overall scores are independently submitted by guests, with no direct linkage between them.
To submit a review, you must have stayed at the accommodation through our platform. However, we also welcome reviews from guests who have visited the property, even if they didn’t stay. If you wish to edit a review you’ve already submitted, our Customer Service team is always available to assist you.
Ensuring Authenticity
At DHPL Travels, we have a dedicated team of experts and automated systems in place to detect and eliminate fake reviews from our platform. If any suspicious activity is spotted, we encourage users to report it to our Customer Service team for thorough investigation.
Review Guidelines
To maintain the credibility of our platform, we adhere to strict review guidelines. While we strive to publish all reviews, positive or negative, certain content will not be displayed. This includes politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam, fake content, animal cruelty, impersonation, or any violation of our review guidelines.
To ensure relevance, we accept reviews submitted within 3 months of checking out. Reviews older than 36 months may no longer be displayed, especially if the accommodation has undergone a change of ownership.

Property partners are not allowed to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We do not tolerate negative reviews submitted with the intention of discrediting competitors.
