Subscores for Crucial Areas
At Aliya Resort, we understand that certain aspects of a stay can greatly impact the overall experience. That’s why we allow our guests to provide separate subscores for crucial areas such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi. By collecting these individual subscores, we can gain deeper insights into specific aspects of our guests’ experience.
Independent Subscores and Overall Scores
To maintain the integrity of our review system, there’s no direct link between subscores and overall scores. Guests have the freedom to submit their subscores and overall scores independently, reflecting their personal observations and opinions.
Editing Reviews and Contacting Customer Service
If you have already submitted a review and wish to make changes or edits, our dedicated Customer Service team is readily available to assist you. Simply reach out to them, and they will guide you through the process.
Combating Fake Reviews
