To give you an accurate representation of our guests’ experiences, we employ a comprehensive review scoring system. Each review score ranges from 1 to 10, reflecting various aspects such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free WiFi.
Guest Reviews: Independent and Authentic
We value the opinions of our guests, which is why we ensure the independence of their reviews. Guests can submit separate subscores and an overall score, allowing for a comprehensive evaluation of their stay. It’s important to note that there is no direct linkage between the subscores and the overall score.
Ensuring Authenticity: Our Commitment to Genuine Reviews
At DHPL Travels, we take the authenticity of our reviews seriously. We have dedicated teams and state-of-the-art automated systems specifically designed to detect any fake reviews that may be submitted to our platform. If we identify any fraudulent activity, we promptly delete the reviews and take appropriate action against the responsible parties.
If you come across any suspicious content, we encourage you to report it to our Customer Service team. Our fraud team will thoroughly investigate the matter to maintain the integrity of our platform.
Review Publication Standards
Our goal at DHPL Travels is to provide a balanced view of our accommodations. While we strive to publish both positive and negative reviews, there are certain types of content that we cannot display. These include politically sensitive comments, promotional content, illegal activities, personal or sensitive information, swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, violence, spam and fake content, animal cruelty, and impersonation.
Additionally, any violation of our review guidelines will result in the non-publication of the review. This is to ensure the relevance and credibility of the reviews we showcase.
Timeliness and Relevance
To maintain the relevance of our reviews, we only accept submissions within 3 months of checking out. After 36 months, reviews may no longer be displayed, or if there has been a change of ownership for the accommodation.

At DHPL Travels, we believe in fostering open communication. Accommodations have the opportunity to reply to reviews, allowing for a constructive and engaging dialogue between guests and management.

Our guidelines and standards aim to create a welcoming and family-friendly environment for all users. We encourage detailed contributions that assist others in making informed decisions. While expressing your opinions, please refrain from including personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be promptly removed, and any concerns regarding DHPL Travels’ services should be directed to our dedicated Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Furthermore, in line with our commitment to a global audience, we kindly request that you avoid using profanity or attempting to mask it with creative spelling in any language. Comments and media containing hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit language, violence, or the promotion of illegal activities will not be tolerated.
Genuine Content and Privacy
We believe that the most valuable reviews are those that are authentic and unbiased. Your contribution should be a true reflection of your own experience. Accommodation partners of DHPL Travels are not permitted to post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. We strongly discourage individuals from submitting negative reviews for the sole purpose of undermining a competitor’s rating.
Respecting the privacy of others is of utmost importance to us. DHPL Travels endeavors to conceal personal details such as email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar information.
The opinions expressed in the reviews on our platform solely belong to our valued customers and properties. They do not necessarily reflect the views of DHPL Travels. We accept no responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. It’s important to note that DHPL Travels acts as a distributor, presenting customer comments and responses without undertaking verification.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of submission, as well as additional criteria that aim to showcase the most relevant feedback. These criteria include the language used, reviews with written content, and non-anonymous reviews. Depending on your preferences, you may have access to additional sorting options, such as traveler type or score.
